- We used MARK PANOZZO CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CARE both before moving into our new house, as well as for our move-out rental. Jay was very thorough and did an incredible job getting out pet stains. The company does a very good job confirming appointments and being on time. I highly recommend this MARK PANOZZO CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CARE and will use them again for future carpet cleaning.

- We have a local maid service, but do not provide carpet cleaning so we call Mark when our clients are looking for a referral. We have been using Mark for many years to refer all of our clients to him when they are need for carpet, tile or upholstery cleaning. We have never had a customer complaint in the 4+ years we have been using him. We would highly recommend Mark Panozzo Carpet and Upholstery Care.

- We hired Mark to pressure wash, repair stucco, and paint our home including a porch and wooden deck. All work was quoted up front and he worked with us to add a few things that came up during the job always making sure to communicate any changes so that we stayed on the same page. He uses high quality materials and doesn't take shortcuts. Mark and his crew take pride in their work. If something didn't meet Mark's expectations, he'd take a new approach to fix it. Our house looks brand new. I would easily hire Mark again and recommend him to anyone wanting high quality work done at a fair price.

- We needed to have our house move in ready, and decided to use Mark based on the good feedback he had online. We're glad that we did! We hired him to steam the carpets and clean the vents (by hand not through the ducting). He brought in his team and they did a great job! The carpet looks like new and they braved the 15+ foot ceilings to get all of the vents. They were prompt, efficient, and charged reasonably. Highly recommend him!

- This guy is amazing! Not only was he the best priced, but he pressure washed our entire house, driveway and pool deck in record time! Such a pleasure to talk to, and I would not even think twice about hiring him again!

- When ever I need my carpets or upholstery cleaned and refreshed I only use Mark Panozzo's. I have dealt with other "big named" companies and have been left high and dry. Mark has great deals and does everything he says he can and will quote you up front. I have used Mark's cleaning services for the last 3 years and am very happy with the results each and every time.
